About Paul Gardner
Dr. Paul Gardner AM retired from the Faculty of Education at Monash University in 2002. An active member of the Jewish community, he was chairman of the B’nai B’rith Anti-Defamation Commission for several years. Gardner was a founding member of the Jewish Christian Muslim Association in 2004, and in 2008 was appointed as a Member of the Order of Australia in the Australia Day Honours List for his work in organizations combatting racism and promoting interfaith relations. He lives in South Caulfield, Australia.
